Requirements:

Good people skills
Detail oriented
Computer literate
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
Previous CS experience a plus
Certified Scuba Diver a plus

Responsibilities:

Interface with Consumers & Dealers to resolve problems
Interface with Manufacturing and Engineering personal to resolve returned product’s problem
Receive and process product returned for repair
Maintain records and status of product being repaired
Process necessary paperwork to return product to owner
Enter orders into Order Entry Program
Configure product
Pack and ship orders

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience
